Terms of Service
• You pay for my time, not the actual mod itself.
• I will post the commissioned mods publicly on Nexus and the code on Github unless requested otherwise.
• By commissioning me, the rights to my work will not be transferred to you.
I will stay the owner of my product and you don't have the right to modify or redistribute it without discussing it with me first.
• The amount of changes to the mod during development are limited. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure to communicate your requests clearly during the inital consultation. Additional requests during the development may increase the cost.
• The final price and duration depends on the request. Inital offers are only an estimation and depend on the scope of the project.
• You will receive a .pak file that can be installed via the Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager. Other methods of installation are not guaranteed.
• Updates from Larian may cause mods to break and require patching. If possible, I will provide these patches at no additional cost, covering at least through Patch 7, scheduled for September.
• I will send you weekly updates on the progress if requested.
• I will charge 50% upfront and the other 50% before mod delivery.
• The payment method is PayPal.
• Prices are in Euro €.
• I do not offer refunds.

Payment and Pricing
• I will usually charge 15€ for every hour of my work.
• Pricing may be subject to change based on the scope of the project.
• The minimum price for any mod is 20€ and I charge 50% of the estimated price upfront.

I will provide you with a time and price estimate based on your requirements.
Initial Payment
